USS Annual Pass

This was totally unplanned and how we ended up with 4 annual passes that costs us more than S$500 certainly deserves a post!

It all began when K's dear student care centre teacher (Teacher Vicktoria) decided to give him and another kiddo a post-exam treat at USS in November 2015. T was not under her care but he obviously would want to tag along upon hearing about the outing.

Papa and mummy decided to bring him along as chaperones for T and give the bigger group a lift to far-flung (yes to Easterners like us) Sentosa. We were at the ticket booth and thought it was too costly for the young teacher to pay for K's excursion. So, the papa decided to go for the annual passes for all 4 of us after doing his mental calculations. We have already visited USS 3 times - first in November and twice in December and had great family fun!

K and mummy are afraid of heights and not thrill-ride seekers while T has already been on both Battlestar Galactica's Human and Cyclone rides during the trip with his 3 student care teachers in November! K could not be persuaded to go along and chickened out during the queue. Their teacher bought them both express passes and they were happily skipping queues amongst the weekend crowd while mummy and papa spent half our lives queuing patiently just for 2 rides....

We returned on 22 Dec, with the little babe in tow, for a couple of hours as we had to rush off for another appointment. This was R's second trip to USS and she was certainly more wary of the surroundings - she could not take her eyes off the penguins hahaha

We had to visit for the third time in late December to catch the Christmas themed performances and fireworks at night. It was a fantastic experience and the kids enjoyed the performances.
