Tristan @ Camp

Our little happy camper must be sleeping right now with his friends and teachers on little green stretchers in school. It was drizzling slightly a few hours ago hence it might have doused all hopes of having a bonfire. We hope the kids were not too disappointed.

Tristan was not too enthusiastic about the camp initially as he claimed that he would miss his soft toys but he was so looking forward to it in the days leading to the camp. He woke up half an hour earlier than usual this morning and was bouncing up and down and all ready to run away from home with his packed Trunki and small bag long before noon. He was pestering mummy to set off earlier and was all disappointed and grouchy when there was no cab after more than 20 minutes wait. He could not be more dramatic than this, 

"I am doomed! I am doomed, mummy!" - on repeat mode and palm on forehead for emphasis

Thankfully for the blog, we looked back to that same day when Kayden was having the same experience and although it did not seem like so long ago, Kayden was certainly more emotional.
