Last night, Kayden poured out a plastic bag full of mini alphabet-shaped books & chinese word cards given by one of our friendly neighbours and created a mess on the living room floor. We were enjoying the Channel 8 serial when he found alpha B book and started shouting. This was followed by alpha E & the number 3 book. He went round the living room with the books, shouting the letters to each of us and also to the kitchen to show Eka too!
Everyone was pleasantly surprised and we guessed he could sense the joy and pride we felt for his achievement as he hopped around and tried to identify more books, albeit incorrectly hahaha...
