Around the house (IV) - Moved

We have settled in nice and comfortably after 2 weeks and are enjoying the additional space for us to play, hide and mess up. It took both of us about a week before we stopped walking to the kitchen to "unload" ourselves, enter the right doors, get accustomed to the darkness at night.....but we do love the new place! During the last month, the adults plunged themselves into the entire business of renovation, packing, cleaning and unpacking while we waited impatiently for THE DAY.

The folks said they lost count on the number of recycled diaper boxes (thanks Pampers) that were moved but nothing else matters to us more during the move than these boxes. There are still some unpacking to be done, but, we have added new furnishings, re-established our routines, celebrated mummy's birthday, baked some muffins for Teachers' Day and set aside some space to accomodate mummy's "treasures" from Cross Street and papa's overseas hauls. This is truly a season of many moves and changes.

And now that the mountain of messiness has been removed, some order has returned...just look at how relaxed we are in our new space..
