Tristan has been hanging out with K and mummy at home for the past 2 weeks and yes, skipping childcare happily. He had a rather rough start at the beginning of the year but we are so grateful that things have turned out very well for all of us. He loves his classmates and teachers and has enjoyed himself tremendously during the few birthday parties he attended (Ashley, Tyler, Joshua C and Reuben).
We have had insightful conversations with the teachers and are happy to note his growth in terms of social, physical, behavioural and intellectual, and ways we could help make the best out of his last pre-school year. We were not surprised when informed that he is picky with food, slow in eating and could be quite the baby at times but was pleasantly surprised when 孙老师 shared that he has a good command of chinese.
As its the school holidays, K has been lazing at home and is more than happy to pick T up from school when he has the chance so that he could visit his old haunts. We did a spur of the moment 15 mins walk to pick T up one hot afternoon and he had fun posing with the sights and signs on the way.
