We spent an awesome (in Kayden's words) 2 days at Legoland and stayed over at the newly opened hotel across the causeway. The boys love it and we must say that the trip has exceeded our expectations as the water park was great fun for all of us and the hotel's furnishings were impressive. The boys spent so much time at the lobby with the free flow of lego bricks and we had to drag them away literally. We probably spent at least 20 mins taking photos and exploring our well-decorated room but the downside was the late check-in and early check-out time.
We spent about 5 hours at the water park and tried almost every slide. The boys loved the water slides and went on the highest one, not once but five times! We rented the Cabana and were glad we did as we were kept tried when it started to pour in the late afternoon. On day 2, we revisited the theme park. They were not as adventurous and did not take the thrill rides such as the Dragon and the Technic rides. When it was time to go, Kayden had tears in his eyes and as this entry is being typed, the boys are repeating their requests of "When can we go again?"
