Cheeky as ever but cute as a button too! We love dressing the babe up to prevent any mistaken gender identity when we are out and about and the big floral headbands definitely help. She hardly gets out of the house except for short walks on weekdays and hence we would usually pile everything (control is exercised) on when we bring her out during the weekends!

These days, she will try to wriggle out of the baby chairs unless she is fed when we are having our meals. She loves just about anything that we could pop into her mouth - yogurt melts, baby puffs and biscuits, rice and bread.

Another 2 of her baby teeth (2 upper lateral incisor) sprouted just a few days after she turned 8 months. She developed a low-grade fever for the first time on 31st August but recovered within a day. These days, she is showing lots of teeth (4 on top and 2 below) when she sends us her chuckles. Her signature demure-looking smiles remain and regrettably, we find that she does not laugh so easily these days.

She has not been a baby that loves long naps and now, she just naps about an hour each in mid-morning and another hour in the afternoon, with an occasional power nap of 15 to 30 minutes long in the early evening if she needs to make up for the lack of sleep.

You are moving so fast these days and have managed to climb up onto gorgor's Fisherprice bench and the table top! She was also caught standing on her own for about 2 seconds!

No change in weight for the past few months but she is eating and drinking well. Mummy is feeling sad as the arm and hand rolls start to disappear....
