Feeling the effects of the F1 GP?

Boys will be boys and this is so true for Kayden based on his interests and his loves:
  • just pass him a ball anytime and he will keep himself entertained or more often than not, find a playmate to throw, bounce, roll and kick the ball with. He is also able to recognise the team logo and name his papa supports - "ARSENAL! Kick the ball! Yeah!"
  • with lego blocks, he will stack or line them up, construct and then tear them apart or he may simply ask you to build something for him so that he can "destroy" it subsequently
  • he is rather car crazy lately (the hype and buzz surrounding the F1 event definitely played a big part) and never fail to imitate the sound of a passing racing car whenever he spots one on tv, papers, magazines or banners/pictures and will line up his little ferraris and mazda at home to simulate a race
Actually, we are very tempted to put him to the test by presenting him with Barbie or Strawberry shortcake to see if he will be just as taken!

The whole island seemed to be really busy preparing last weekend's event but in our household, there was a very important person's birthday which we had to prepare for last Friday....

A super-duper BIG BIRTHDAY kiss for my SUPER-DAD!
