End of term party (II)

This marks the end of a second and last term of great fun and learning for Kayden. We decided during the beginning of the term to pull him out of school as his little brother will be arriving during the third term and we did not know that his dear Teacher Hui Min will be leaving the school after this term for greener pastures. However, papa and mummy started harbouring regrets over this decision towards the end of the term as we witnessed your enthusiasm during class and the lack of activities to expend your energy on every Saturday late morning. Alas, we were too late when we decided to make alternative plans so we just hope K will not miss his weekly fun time in school.

As the observers and companions for him during the term, we reckoned that this is a much enjoyable term compared to the last as the toddlers were able to participate in the varied outdoor activities that included the outdoor playground and/or sandplay, waterplay and swimming. The little boy was also more responsive towards the class activities - able to repeat after the teachers, more ready to follow instructions and (sometimes) sit through the story-telling/puppet sessions.

BUT, there was one major issue during this term that was utterly frustrating - he refused and could not be stopped during outdoor playtime and we have to put up with his weekly whines and cries after each session! Gggrrrrrrrrrr....
